- CGA 580 connection features high-purity, non-lubricated check valve in the nose to prevent air and contaminants during cylinder changeout.
- Front and rear panel mount bonnet options for easy panel installation.
- Uses convoluted stainless steel diaphragms with metal-to-metal seals for excellent regulation and internal vacuum purging capability.
- Metal-to-metal diaphragm seal eliminates soft seals, achieving helium leak rates below 2 x 10^-8 ccs, minimizing contamination and cleanup time.
- Diaphragm packless outlet valve with 1/4" compression fitting supports flow control while maintaining system purity.
- Captured bonnet ports on both stages allow venting of hazardous gases in case of diaphragm failure.
- Ultrasonically cleaned for stringent high-purity service environments.
- Maximum inlet pressure rating of 3000 psig.
