Perkin Elmer Janus Automated Workstation with Air Science Purair Advanced Ductless Fume Hood This sy (more)stem was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements. It has been professionally serviced and deemed to be in full working order, a brief summary of the report is below: The workstation powers on, initializes successfully, and is in working order. Motion checks for the Varispan, barcode reader, gripper, Peri pump, and syringe pumps were completed without errors. The X and Y rails, as well as the gripper Z worm drive, have been cleaned and lubricated. Tip pick-up and liquid level sensing could not be verified as no tips or system liquid are included. The unit is currently secured with shipping clamps in place. There is no Software included with this system. The system is housed within an Air Science Purair Advanced Ductless Fume Hood, which powers on with both light and airflow functioning.
