The LITHIUMSAFE 60.Z with QUARANTINE CHEMISAFE is a high-quality safety cabinet designed for the compliant storage of lithium batteries, built in Italy and certified to EN 14470-1 TYPE 90 and EN 16121 standards.

Construction:
- Electro-galvanized cold-pressed sheet steel, thicknesses: 1/1.5/2 mm
- Anti-acid epoxy powder coating, thermally cured at 200°C
- Thermal insulation of 800°C using high-density (300 Kg/m³) calcium silicate and mineral fiber panels without fibroceramic, fixed by ceramic glues
- Interior lined with fireproof melamine laminate resistant to aggressive vapors

- Self-closing air inlet/outlet valves resist 90 minutes at 70°C
- 100 mm ventilation port at cabinet top
- Anti-spark natural iron hinges with brass pins for door stability
- 3 cm thermo-expanding gasket compliant with DIN 4102
- Bottom containment cup per EN 14470 requirements
