CS 120 - CHEMISAFE CABINET
- Expertly crafted entirely from Skin Passat electro-galvanized FE P01 steel sheets with 10/10 mm thickness. This meticulous fabrication process involves cold pressing and painting in several stages including degreasing, primary application of epoxy primer, dual layer application of thermosetting powders, and thermal tunnel passage at 200°C.
- This cabinet boasts monolithic design properties furnished with leveling feet at its base.
- The double-paneled, reversible doors, consistent with the cabinet's overall material composition, are outfitted with handles equipped with security locks.
- A CE-certified electric aspirator with a technopolymer casing that is self-extinguishing, antistatic and resistant to corrosive influences.
- 5x20 mm protective fuses with a 1A fast action capacity are included.
- The aspirator offers a maximum flow rate of 275 cubic meters/hour.
- Optional activated charcoal filter can be affixed at the top, engineered for acid substances and comes equipped with a pre-filter. A hinged panel, featuring a lock and key system, allows for ease of filter replacement.
- Lockable handles ensure maximum security.
- Trays are made of 10/10 mm thick steel and are designed to contain potential liquid spills from container breakage. These shelves can be adjusted in height.
- The 110° opening allows shelf removal without tilting.
- Safety signage in multiple languages helps identify toxic and hazardous products, reinforcing content and storage restrictions.
