Chemisafe CS120 Chemical Storage Cabinet

The Chemisafe CS120 Cabinet is designed to provide high security and effective ventilation for the storage of chemicals in laboratory environments. Constructed entirely from electro-galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 10/10 mm, it undergoes a meticulous treatment process including degreasing, epoxy primer, and two coatings of thermosetting powders, followed by curing in a thermal tunnel at 200°C. Featuring a monolithic design with adjustable feet for leveling, this cabinet includes double-paneled, reversible doors with robust handles and safety locks.

Equipped with a CE-marked electric fan housed in an antistatic, self-extinguishing technopolymer case, the cabinet offers resistance against corrosive agents. The fan provides a maximum flow rate of 275 m3/h. For enhanced safety, the cabinet can accommodate an optional activated charcoal filter suitable for acidic substances. This filter is easy to replace via a hinged panel secured with a key lock.

Additional features include adjustable steel shelves designed as trays to contain any liquid leaks, multilingual safety signs, and standardized ISO 3864 pictograms to alert users of hazardous contents. Compliance with EN61010-1, EN16121, and CEI 66-5 standards ensures this cabinet meets rigorous safety requirements.

Includes three plasticized shelves with a maximum load of 80 Kg distributed evenly. Optional accessories include additional shelving, timer, plinth, retention tank, door open alarm, and enhanced ventilation systems.
