The Chemisafe CS120UB PVC CHEMISAFE safety cabinet is designed for the secure storage of hazardous chemical liquids, fully complying with European safety standards (EN61010-1) and ISO 3864 pictogram standardization.
Construction and Materials:
- Constructed with 18 mm thick high-density PVC for excellent chemical resistance
- Exhaust fan cover and plinth made of 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel with acid-resistant epoxy coating (~90 microns thickness at 200 °C)
- Monocoque base structure of 15/10 mm steel with adjustable leveling feet
- Modular design with 2, 3, or 4 compartments for segregated storage of non-flammable chemicals
- Doors: simple hinged type with corrosion-resistant plastic external zipper, safety lock, and key
- Shelving: fixed PVC/plasticized/painted/stainless steel shelves, height adjustable
- 110° door opening enables easy shelf removal without tilting
- Containment shelves made of adjustable-height PVC to prevent spills
- Tray shelves included
- Connection collar diameter: 125 mm for ventilation accessories
- Available with or without integrated suction unit
Chemical Resistance:
- PVC structure offers excellent resistance against:
- Alcohols, greases, oils, petrols
- Inorganic acids (e.g., nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric acid)
- Alkalis and common corrosive salts
Accessories:
- 2 PVC shelves (maximum 40 kg evenly distributed load)
- Optional connection accessories such as PVC shelves for different sizes, daily timers, alarm systems, and various ventilator components including:
- DIAM125BP electric aspirator (with power cable and filter slot, Ø 125 mm outlet)
- Activated carbon filters for aspirators (replace biannually recommended)
- Connection flanges, flow controllers, flexible sheath kits, and replacement filters
