Supporting equipment comprises a GE CU-950 Control Unit, Hiload 26/60 Superdex 75 pg column, and a Phemomenex DEGASSEX DG-4400 degasser for efficient sample management. A complete computing setup is provided with an HP Compaq 8000 Elite CMT Business PC and compatible monitor. All necessary cables, leads, user guides, and tutorials for the UNICORN 5.0/5.1 software package are included to facilitate seamless operation.
