The LITHIUMSAFE 60 CHEMISAFE is a high-quality safety cabinet designed and manufactured in Italy specifically for the secure storage of lithium batteries. Certified to EN 14470-1 Type 90 standards, it ensures 90 minutes' fire resistance with the following features:

Construction:
- Electro-galvanised cold-bent steel, 1/1.5/2 mm thickness
- Acid-proof epoxy powder coating baked at 200°C
- High-temperature insulation panels (800°C) made from calcium silicate and mineral fibre (300 Kg/m³), fixed with ceramic adhesives
- Internal panels of fireproof melamine laminate, resistant to aggressive vapours

- Self-closing valves on air inlet/outlet ducts, 90 minutes (at 70°C) fire resistance
- 100 mm top ventilation hole
- Anti-sparking iron hinges with brass pin
- 3 cm thermo-expanding gasket compliant with DIN 4102
- Ground clamp to prevent electrostatic charge
- Height adjustable feet
- Three perforated shelves (1094 x 420 x 39 mm)
- Lower cup as per EN14470 requirements
