The LITHIUMSAFE 120 CHEMISAFE is a high-quality safety cabinet specifically designed for the secure storage of lithium batteries. Manufactured in Italy, it complies with EN 14470-1 TYPE 90 and EN 16121 standards.
Construction:
- Made entirely of electro-galvanized sheet steel (1/1.5/2 mm thickness) with anti-acid epoxy powder coating, cured at 200°C.
- High-temperature insulation (800°C) using 300 Kg/m³ calcium silicate and mineral fiber panels fixed with ceramic adhesives, fibroceramic-free.
- Internal fireproof melamine laminate panels resistant to aggressive vapors.
Safety Features:
- Self-closing valves certified for 90 min at 70°C on air inlet and outlet ducts.
- 100 mm ventilation hole on cabinet top.
- Anti-spark hinges with brass pin ensuring door stability.
- 3 cm thermo-expanding gasket compliant with DIN 4102.
- Three perforated shelves (1094x420x39 mm) and bottom cup for spill containment per EN14470 standards.
- Earth terminal to prevent electrostatic discharge.
- Height-adjustable feet for stability.
