Product Description
The CS60 PVC CHEMISAFE is a chemical safety cabinet designed for secure storage of hazardous liquids, complying with European standard EN61010-1 (electrical safety for lab equipment) and ISO 3864 pictograms.
Key construction features include:
- Cabinet fully crafted from 18 mm thick HD PVC, providing excellent chemical resistance
- Exhaust fan cover and plinth made of 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel sheet coated with acid-resistant epoxy (90+ microns thickness) cured at 200 °C
- Monocoque structure on a 15/10 mm base with adjustable leveling feet
- Divided into 2, 3, or 4 compartments for separate storage of different non-flammable chemical families
- Simple hinged doors with corrosion-resistant plastic external zipper and safety lock handles with key
- Height-adjustable fixed shelves made of plasticized/painted/stainless steel
- Door opening angle of 110° for easy shelf extraction without tilting
- Compartments equipped with height-adjustable PVC containment shelves and tray shelves
- Connection collar of Ø 125 mm for ventilation, available with or without suction unit
- Modular design to accommodate various storage needs
PVC offers exceptional resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, common corrosive vapors including nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids, many alcohols, greases, oils, and petrols, maintaining elasticity and ease of handling.
Supplied accessories for CS103PVC CHEMISAFE include:
- 3 PVC shelves supporting up to 40 kg evenly distributed load each

- RIP60WPVC, RIP120WPVC, RIP60UBPVC, RIP120UBPVC PVC shelves for different wardrobe sizes
- TIM24 daily timer
- ALARM door open alarm system
- DIAM125BP electric aspirator with power cable and filter (filter not included), outlet Ø 125 mm
- RSOLCA activated carbon filter for aspirator (replace biannually)
- F100FC connection flange Ø 100 mm for ventilator
- RE1000 aspirator flow controller
- GFKIT125 connector kit with 1 m flexible sheath Ø 125 mm and 2 terminals
- RFCS60 and RFCS120 replacement filters for ventilated cabinets 600 mm and 1140 mm wide, respectively
