The CS120 BASIC PVC CHEMISAFE is a high-quality chemical safety cabinet designed for secure storage of dangerous liquids. Key technical features include:
- Manufactured from 18 mm thick HD PVC for superior chemical resistance and elasticity.
- Exhaust fan cover and base plinth made of 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel with acid-resistant epoxy coating, ensuring >90 microns thickness at 200 °C curing temperature.
- Monocoque structure on a 1.5 mm (15/10 mm) base with adjustable leveling feet.
- Configurable interior division into 2, 3, or 4 compartments for separation of different families of non-flammable chemical products.
- Hinged doors equipped with corrosion-resistant plastic external zippers, safety locks and keys.
- Fixed shelves made of plasticized, painted, or stainless steel material, adjustable in height.
- Doors open to 110°, allowing shelf extraction without tilting.
- PVC containment shelves adjustable in height with tray shelves included.
- Connection collar diameter of Ø 125 mm for optional exhaust or ventilation units.
- Available with or without integrated suction/ventilation units.
- Modular design to accommodate various storage and safety needs.
Material Resistance:
PVC construction provides excellent resistance against a wide variety of chemicals including alcohols, greases, oils, petrols, and highly corrosive inorganic acids like nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids.
Accessories Compatible with CS105PVC Model (also relevant to CS120):
- PVC shelves with max load capacity of 40 kg evenly distributed (3+3 shelving configuration).
- Various shelf models (RIP60WPVC, RIP120WPVC, RIP60UBPVC, RIP120UBPVC).
- Daily timer (TIM24).
- Door open alarm system (ALARM).
- Ventilation components including:
- DIAM125BP electric aspirator with Ø 125 mm outlet (filter sold separately).
- RSOLCA activated carbon filter (replace at least twice annually).
- F100FC connection flange Ø 100 mm (mandatory for ventilation).
- RE1000 aspirator flow controller.
- GFKIT125 connector kit with 1 meter flexible sheath Ø 125 mm and terminals.
- Replacement filters RFCS60 and RFCS120 for different cabinet sizes.
The CS120 BASIC PVC CHEMISAFE cabinet manages the storage of non-flammable hazardous liquids with compliance to EN61010-1 and standardized ISO 3864 safety pictograms, prioritizing workplace safety and chemical resistance.
