Sysmex XT-1800i Automated Hematology Analyzer

The Sysmex XT-1800i Automated Hematology Analyzer leverages advanced fluorescent flow cytometry and hydrodynamic focusing technologies to achieve accurate and reliable differentiation of cell types in whole blood and body fluid samples. Equipped with a state-of-the-art diode laser bench, it ensures high sensitivity in cell measurement. This technology enables the consistent classification of normal and abnormal populations of WBCs, RBCs, and PLTs, significantly reducing manual interventions. The analyzer uses various technologies including WBC-Diff and DC-Sheath-Flow for measuring parameters like HCT and PLT, and employs a cyanide-free SLS-Method for HGB determination.

It reports 21 whole blood parameters including WBC, RBC, HGB, and PLT, along with differential counts like NEUT%, LYMPH%, and BASO%. For body fluids, it provides WBC-BF and RBC-BF parameters. The XT-1800i offers a linearity range for WBC from 0.00 to 440.0 x 10³/µL, RBC from 0.00 to 8.00 x 10⁶/µL, and PLT from 0 to 5,000 x 10³/µL. It features a throughput of 80 whole blood samples per hour and 30 body fluid samples per hour. Sample volumes vary from 150μL in Automated Mode to 40μL in Capillary Mode.

The device dimensions are 530 x 630 x 720 mm, with a weight of 59 kg. It includes a pneumatic unit, which enhances its operational capabilities.
