The CHEMISAFE CS120UB PVC Undercounter Cabinet is expertly constructed with 18 mm thick high-density PVC, ensuring durability and security for laboratory use. The extractor cover and plinth are fabricated from 1.0 mm cold-pressed steel sheet with an epoxy coating, featuring acid-resistant epoxy powders applied electrostatically at 200°C. This forms a protective layer exceeding 90 microns over the cabinet's entire surface. Its robust monocoque structure sits on a 15/10 mm base with adjustable leveling feet for stability. Divided into two compartments, it allows separate storage for different non-flammable chemical families, complete with simple hinged swing doors that lock securely. The design features a 110° door opening, facilitating easy shelf retrieval without tilting. A corrosion-resistant plastic outer zipper enhances protection. Equipped with PVC containment shelves adjustable in height, this cabinet includes a Ø 125 mm connection collar and is available with or without a suction unit. Offering modular solutions and tray shelves, it adheres to ISO 3864 pictogram standards and EN 61010-1 compliance. The cabinet is supplied with 2+2 PVC shelves, each able to hold a maximum load of 40 Kg evenly distributed. Optional features include additional shelves, a timer, door open alarm, and ventilation capabilities.
