The ChemiSafe CS 120UB undercounter cabinet offers an expertly designed, heavy-duty PVC structure with a thickness of 18 mm for enhanced durability. This cabinet is expertly finished with a 1.0mm cold-pressed steel sheet cover and plinth, featuring an acid-resistant epoxy coating applied electrostatically at 200°C. As a result, this guarantees a superior thickness of more than 90 microns across the entire cabinet exterior.

The monocoque construction sits on a sturdy 15/10 mm base, outfitted with adjustable leveling feet. This cabinet also offers separate storage with its two compartment structure, strategically designed to keep different non-flammable chemical categories isolated. The cabinet incorporates easily operable swing doors that can be securely locked with a key.

For the user's convenience, the doors open at an angle of 110°, facilitating easy extraction of the height-adjustable PVC shelves without requiring tilting. You'll also find a corrosion-resistant external plastic zipper, and the cabinet’s compartments are fitted with containment shelves, making this a versatile and user-friendly storage solution.

Further specifications include a connection collar diameter of 125mm and the option to include a suction unit, lending added flexibility to the cabinet. Tray shelves facilitate further organization, and the module is available in multiple solutions. All features are clearly indicated through standardized pictograms in accordance with ISO 3864 standards, and the cabinet upholds the industry-standard EN 61010-1 certification.

The cabinet comes equipped with 2+2 PVC shelves with a max load capacity of 40 Kg (evenly distributed). Options for added customization include additional shelves, a timer feature, a door open alarm, and ventilation.
