The Perkin Elmer High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system offers reliable and precise analytical capabilities ideal for research and laboratory applications. Included in this system are:
- Perkin Elmer 250 Binary LC Pump: Ensures stable and efficient liquid chromatography operations. Model: 250, SN: 141179. Device powers on successfully.
- Perkin Elmer Diode Array Detector 235C: Provides accurate detection capabilities. Model: LC235C, SN: 235N6102304. Device powers on without issues.
- Perkin Elmer Nelson 600 Series LINK: Manages data processing and system integration. Model no.: 610, SN: 0033110033. Powers on as expected.
- Accompanying tray includes two waste bottles (note: larger bottle has a hole).
The system also comes with a PC featuring a 19" monitor, keyboard, and mouse, all in working condition. The PC has the TotalChrom Workstation V6.20 installed, though it is currently password locked.
Additional components included:
- Various necessary cables for setup.
- GS Bottle Dispenser for sample handling and processing.
- Two Phenomenex Jupiter 10u C4 300A columns – dimensions 60 x 21.20mm and 250 x 21.20mm, respectively.
