The Malvern OMNISEC CHR600 + CHR7100 Resolve & Reveal GPC/SEC System is a state-of-the-art instrument designed for precision and accuracy in determining absolute molecular weight, intrinsic viscosity, concentration, and conformational data—all in a single run. It eliminates the need for calibration standards, significantly enhancing result reliability.

The OMNISEC RESOLVE chromatography module integrates four essential components for effective operation: a pump offering a flow rate of 0.01–10 mL/min, a low-volume degasser, an autosampler accommodating up to 192 samples with 4°C to 60°C temperature control, and a column oven supporting temperatures up to 65°C for optimal separation.

The OMNISEC REVEAL detector module is fully temperature-controlled and includes a Refractive Index (RI) detector, a UV/Vis Photodiode Array (UV-PDA) detector, and Light Scattering Detectors (LALS & RALS). It also features a viscometer with automated balancing, ensuring precise intrinsic viscosity measurements and minimal maintenance.
