The GE AKTA Purifier 100 FPLC System is a modular liquid chromatography platform designed for fast and reliable purification of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids at microgram to milligram scales.

- Pressure Range: 0 to 10 MPa (tested up to 25 MPa in description)
- Absorbance Range: 0.01 to 5 AU (full scale)
- Includes UPC-900 Monitor for chromatography detection
- Supplied with Unicorn 5.31 operating system for system control and monitoring
- Tested components: P-900 pump for flow accuracy, UPC-900 Monitor with Nal test solution, pH/C-900 modules for communication with pH probe and conductivity cell, motor valves, and Frac-920 fraction collector functionality
- Complete package features Dell Windows 7 Datastation and 180-day parts & labor warranty
- Note: System includes green 0.75 mm PEEK tubing; orange 0.5 mm tubing shown is not included
