The Safety Fire Case Type 30 - Chemisafe makes an impressive statement in safety. Delicately formed from an electrogalvanized steel sheet ranging from 1-1.5 mm thickness and featuring a sleek, cold-bent gray RAL7031 hue, it is the epitome of quality.

Primed with an external finish of acid-resistant epoxy resin and passed through a thermal tunnel at 200°C, it is designed for durability. The cabinet insulation incorporates high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels for added heat resistance. Should the ambient temperature exceed 50°C, an automatic lid closure mechanism activates for extra security.

This innovative design includes heat-expanding insulating gaskets of 30mm, providing optimal sealing adherence to the EN14470-1 standard during temperature fluctuations.

While it comes with non-standard trolley and side handles, additional features include a secure lid fitted with a lock and key, and a paint-coated steel retention tank. Boasting of ISO 3864-compliant pictogram signs, the unit is confirmed to be fire-resistant for 30 minutes, per the EN14470-1 Bureau Veritas.

Included in the package is a stainless steel retention tank with a capacity of 1.5 liters. Optional elements include possibilities for wall mounting, an internal carbon dioxide fire extinguisher powered by automatic thermal activation at 62°C, a transport cart, and a chromate passage pipe.

Functionally designed for CPG/HPLC Chromatography, it serves as an ideal storage for solvents in a mobile, fire-resistant container, connecting to the chromatographic chain via small tubes leading through a diameter of 2 cm fire-resistant passage atop the container lid.

The convenience of the Chemisafe transport box is evident in its compact design, versatility, and functionality. The sturdy structure and metallic door straps promise longevity. With the added option of an easy-to-transport trolley, convenience is doubled.
