The Sorvall Evolution RC Floor Standing Centrifuge, equipped with the Sorvall SLA-1500 Super-Lite Autoclavable Rotor, offers exceptional performance for various laboratory needs. Originally from a university laboratory, this machine is now available as it was surplus to requirements. The centrifuge is fully operational with successful testing for temperature and RPM control. It demonstrated temperature stability when set to -20ºC (stabilizing at -18ºC), 37ºC, and 40ºC. Additionally, it maintained consistent performance at 15,000 RPM. The included SLA-1500 rotor is both autoclave-ready (max 121ºC) and in excellent cosmetic condition, making it a reliable component for high-speed separations.
