The rotor is created for 4750rpm, but the unit's max speed with M4 buckets is 4000rpm. It is in good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use.

The unit powers up but we were unable to test it further as we do not have a compatible rotor in stock. We think it requires a rotor with a magnet fitted.
