Roche LightCylcer Capillaries-cover
Roche LightCylcer Capillaries

This listing is for a Roche LightCylcer Capillaries. The unit is in full working condition and is rea (more)dy for immediate release.Roche LightCycler Capillaries play a vital role in optimizing PCR processes. Their specific design for real-time PCR applications makes them ideal for the Roche LightCycler 1.5 and 2.0 instruments. Here’s a closer look at some of their standout features:Material Options: The choice between glass and optical polycarbonate capillaries provides flexibility. Optical polycarbonate is particularly advantageous for labs looking to minimize breakage risk during handling—think of a high-throughput lab where capillary durability is crucial.Volume Flexibility: With 20 μL and 100 μL capacities, researchers can tailor their experiments. For instance, if you're running preliminary assays, the 20 μL capillaries allow for smaller sample sizes, conserving precious reagents.Thermal Efficiency: The optimal surface-to-volume ratio ensures rapid thermal transfer, which is essential for high-speed thermal cycling. This feature is particularly beneficial in time-sensitive experiments, where quicker cycling can lead to faster results.Fluorescence Optimization: The capillaries are specifically optimized for various fluorescence detection formats like SYBR Green I and hydrolysis probes. For example, using SYBR Green I in these capillaries can enhance sensitivity and accuracy in quantifying DNA.Seamless Compatibility: Being designed exclusively for Roche LightCycler instruments means they integrate perfectly, reducing troubleshooting time and ensuring reliable performance across different experiments.

Benchmark T5000-96 TC 9639 Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block-cover
Benchmark T5000-96 TC 9639 Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block

Benchmark TC 9639 Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block Benchmark’s TC9639 Thermal Cycler provides co (more)nsistent, reliable results for laboratories with medium to high throughput. From its large, touch-screen user interface to its unique, multi-format block, this cycler is loaded with features. The program wizard and 10 preinstalled programs make it easier than ever to get up and running. A large, full color touch screen serves as the operations center where all functions are accessed. From the “Home” screen, simply touch an icon to view the last run program, enter the program library, or use the program wizard to quickly enter a protocol. In addition, icons for favorite programs can be added for faster access. The program wizard guides users through quickly setting up a protocol in a single screen. Once entered, programs are shown graphically, and can be edited by simply touching the step that requires modification. Time and temperature increments can be built into programs as well as slower ramp rates. Storage capabilities are unlimited; programs can be stored in public folders, private (password protected) folders or on a flash drive. The full virtual keyboard allows for alphanumeric naming of programs and folders. The fully adjustable heated lid prevents condensation and evaporation of samples. Lid temperature can be programmed, and when the block temperature is below 35C, the lid automatically shuts off. Heating and cooling of the block are precisely and accurately controlled within exceptionally tight tolerances by a proprietary algorithm that simulates sample temperature. With the multi-format block, there is no need for the expense of multiple interchangeable blocks. The TC 9639 has the flexibility to accept 96 x 0.2ml tubes, a 96 well plate or 39 x 0.5ml tubes all in the same sample block. An in-situ adapter is available for use with slides. Additionally, the unit may be purchased with a 384 well sample block. INCLUDED: The Benchmark TC 9639 Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block includes: - Multi-Format Block - Power Cord - Operator's Guide - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
