The Suzhou Molarray MA-6000 Real-time Quantitative PCR System offers a robust suite of features tailored for advanced genomic research. This second-hand system is distinguished by its multi-color detection capability, real-time data monitoring, and comprehensive melting curve analysis. It is designed to maximize efficiency in the laboratory with a user-friendly plate format and space-saving design. The MA-6000 is highly adaptable, accommodating reactions in 96-well plates, 8-strip tubes, and individual PCR tubes.
Powered by a Windows-based operating system, the MA-6000 is equipped with an intuitive software interface that streamlines experimental setup and data analysis. Researchers benefit from real-time updates of fluorescence values versus cycle numbers across all samples, and experimental results can be seamlessly exported and analyzed using Microsoft Word and Excel. The system is capable of executing a wide range of real-time PCR assays, including rapid screening for infectious agents, mutation and SNP analysis, GMO detection, and cellular RNA quantification. Its closed-tube format effectively reduces contamination risk.
The MA-6000 supports all current fluorescence-based PCR reactions, such as TaqMan, Molecular Beacon, SYBR Green, and MGB, by detecting changes in fluorescent emissions with high specificity. The system employs a broad-spectrum excitation source, providing high excitation energies over a wavelength range of 380 to 780 nm, ensuring complete sample illumination. Fluorescent emissions are efficiently relayed to a CCD camera via optical fibers. Excitation and emission wavelengths are precisely selected using interference filters. The system includes five filter sets, optimized for the most commonly used fluorescence applications, with additional filters available upon request to meet specific customer needs.
