This Techne FlexGene FFG02FSD Benchtop Thermal Cycler was removed from a university lab where it was (more) surplus to requirements. The unit powers up and has had basic temperature testing carried out with a digital thermometer (not included). We have not run any cycles. When set to 37˚C the thermometer measured 37.1˚CWhen set to 99˚C the thermometer measured 101.1˚C The heated lid function works as intended.The lid's max temperature is 110˚C There are prior saved programs that cannot be deleted without the password.The information menu states that the unit has run: Unit cycles - 20178Block cycles - 18896 It is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.
