Average heating and cooling rates stand at 3.0°C/sec and 2.0°C/sec respectively. The thermocycler maintains temperature uniformity at various setpoints, ensuring consistent results: ± 0.20°C at 55°C, ± 0.30°C at 70°C, and ± 0.60°C at 95°C, all achieved within 15 seconds. The block temperature ranges from 3°C to 99°C, complemented by a gradient temperature range of 20 to 99°C. Its control accuracy is a precise ±0.1°C. Designed for convenience, it features a block format accommodating 96 wells (70µl), and offers memory for 350 typical programs across 30 password-protected directories. In case of power failure, an auto restart function ensures your experiments are not disrupted. The lid temperature is adjustable between 30°C and 99°C.
