With a maximum heating rate of 3.5°C per second and a cooling rate of 2.5°C per second, this cycler offers reliable and efficient thermal cycling performance. The average heating and cooling rates are 3.0°C per second and 2.0°C per second, respectively.
This cycler provides exceptional temperature uniformity, attaining ±0.2°C within 15 seconds at 55°C, ±0.3°C at 70°C, and ±0.6°C at 95°C. The block temperature range extends from 3°C to 99°C, while the gradient function operates between 20°C and 99°C, allowing for versatile experimental conditions. With a control accuracy of ±0.1°C, the thermal cycler ensures precise temperature regulation.
Programming the device is straightforward, facilitated by an easy spreadsheet-style interface. It can store up to 350 typical programs across 30 user directories, which are password protected to secure your data. An automatic restart function ensures continuity in the case of a power failure.
