The Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System is engineered to provide optimal performance and speed for a range of laboratory applications, including High Resolution Melting (HRM) analysis. Designed for rapid cycling, it delivers high-quality results in just 30 minutes, allowing for multiple runs per day. The system maintains excellent performance akin to the standard 7500 System, and comes with validated Fast reagents and access to over 700,000 TaqMan Gene Expression Assays.
Its specially designed Fast block ensures thermal uniformity at high speeds. Utilizing TaqMan Fast Universal PCR Master Mix and Fast SYBR Green Master Mix, this system guarantees rapid results with the performance of standard real-time PCR. Fast optical plates provide precise measurements in 5-30 µL reaction volumes, while the fast ramp rates ensure quick results without sacrificing extension times or assay quality.
