The Hoefer SUB25C Maxi-Plus Cooled Submarine Gel Electrophoresis Unit offers all the high-throughput screening capabilities of the SUB25, with the added benefit of a cooling tray to maintain optimal conditions during extended electrophoresis runs. Designed specifically for high-resolution nucleic acid analysis, such as PCR product screening and genotyping studies, the SUB25C’s large 25 x 30 cm gel tray and 12 comb positions support up to 624 samples, providing ample capacity for labs with demanding throughput requirements.

Equipped with cooling ports, the SUB25C helps prevent heat buildup, preserving sample integrity during longer runs. In addition to multichannel pipette-compatible combs, color-coded and height-adjustable combs allow easy identification of thickness and control over well depth. The UV-transparent running tray enables direct imaging, while buffer recirculation ports help maintain stable pH. With colored loading strips for accurate sample placement and side handles for safe transport, the SUB25C delivers advanced functionality for labs needing efficient, cooled electrophoresis.
