Description by the supplier

The Illumina MiSeq DNA Sequencer is a comprehensive solution for laboratories requiring a reliable, integrated DNA-to-data sequencing platform. This second-hand system continues to deliver exceptional performance by combining cluster generation, amplification, sequencing, and rigorous data analysis within a singular, efficient instrument.

Occupying a mere two-square-foot footprint, the MiSeq System is designed to seamlessly integrate into any laboratory setting. It utilizes Illumina’s sequencing by synthesis (SBS) chemistry—a next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology that is responsible for producing over 90% of the global sequencing data. Offering robust NGS capabilities in a compact design, the MiSeq System is ideally suited for researchers looking for efficient and cost-effective genetic analysis.

### Diverse Application Capability

The MiSeq System supports a wide array of sequencing applications, enhancing research flexibility. Its expedited turnaround times and streamlined workflows make it a cost-effective alternative to traditional methods like capillary electrophoresis and qPCR. Suitable for applications including targeted resequencing, clone checking, amplicon sequencing, and RNA expression analysis, this system facilitates advanced research endeavors.

Accompanying software solutions—Local Run Manager Software and BaseSpace Sequence Hub—provide optimized analysis workflows tailored for small genome sequencing, 16S metagenomics, RNA sequencing, targeted resequencing, and preimplantation genetic screening (PGS). Additionally, the system supports highly multiplexed applications such as AmpliSeq™ for Illumina panels. Flexible parameters, such as adjustable read lengths, flow cell options, and selection of single or paired-end reads, cater to a wide range of experimental requirements, ensuring this system meets diverse research needs.

Radwag HX7.4.300.H8/9/Z Multifunctional Stainless Steel Platform Scale, pit version

The HX7.4 H/Z scale is a device constructed on the basis of a PUE HX7 terminal and a ground-embedded (more) 4-load-cell platform, both manufactured using the AISI 304 stainless steel. The device's high protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes it suitable for use in industry. HX7.4 H/Z Comfort of operation is guaranteed thanks to a clear-cut menu, and a colour display featuring a 9-diode bar graph blinking red and green when signalling current net mass of a load in reference to the scale range or declared min and max thresholds. Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. The terminal's system of information is based on databases: users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers, ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety. The frame for recessing (foundation) is part of the set – you will receive it with the ordered scale.
