The scintillator in the Gatan Multiscan Camera is coming to the end of its life and the Oxford EDX system has not been used in a very long time as the lab was unable to source a PC with the right connectors to support it. All elements of the system power up but we were unable to test it at our facility. The lab confirmed that it was working when last used in 2018.
