The Euromex CMEX-18 PRO microscope camera is equipped with a high-quality CMOS 1/2.3 inch sensor, providing sharp 18.0 Megapixel images with a resolution of 4912 x 3684 pixels. It supports powerful scanning modes with pixel sizes of 1.25 μm x 1.25 μm and employs an RGB color filter for precise color capture. The C-mount design allows for versatile integration with various microscopes.

This camera is capable of shooting up to 6 frames per second at full resolution, 18 frames per second at medium resolution (2546 x 1842 pixels), and up to 32 frames per second at lower resolution (1228 x 922 pixels), making it suitable for dynamic observations. The exposure and white balance settings are both customizable—either automatic or manual—to suit different analytical requirements.

With a dynamic range of 65 dB and a maximum signal-to-noise ratio of 42 dB, this camera ensures detailed and clear image quality. Connectivity is streamlined through a USB 3.0 high-speed interface, supporting data transfer rates up to 80 Mb/s. Operating within a temperature range of 0 – 50°C and a humidity range of 30-80%, the camera is rugged and reliable for continuous laboratory use.

The robust zinc-aluminium alloy housing measuring 68 x 68 x 45 mm ensures durability, and it is powered directly via a PC USB port. The package includes a 0.5x objective lens with C-ring, USB 3 cable, adapters for stereo microscopes, a calibration slide, and ImageFocus Alpha software for image analysis, compatible with Windows 7 and 8 systems. The minimum system requirements include an Intel Core 2 processor at 2.8 GHz, 2 GB RAM, and a USB-3 port, ensuring smooth performance.
