Ramp scale with stainless-steel load cells is intended for meat, fish, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and  (more)chemical industry. The scale is equipped with LD4N system allowing lifting the platform up, useful for maintenance purposes. The mechanism enables safe platform lifting and does not require physical exertion or additional equipment. Upon platform lowering, the scale is ready to carry out measurement. There is no need for recalibration. The scale is made of OH18N9 stainless steel and is equipped with PUE H315 indicator. On a customer request the scale can be made of steel of increased anti-corrosion resistance. The length of the cable for connecting the indicator to the platform - 3m. Ramp scale with LD4N system is equipped with only one ramp. Dual range weighing instrument for an additional charge. Since the scale is equipped with a platform lifting system, you are kindly requested to order a transport box (OSB box for the platform) for it. The transport box is necessary for the safe and efficient transport and storage of the ramp scale with the platform lifting system. The H315/4N series is manufactured in complete stainless steel technology with stainless steel indicator PUE H315 series installed on a long cable. Ramp scales is manufactured from OH18N9 stainless steel with IP 68. On special order, it is possible to manufacture ramp scales in upgraded anti-corrosion stainless steel version. The HX7 H is a mechanical design combining into one a PUE HX7 terminal and a 4-load-cell platform, b (more)oth made of stainless steel. High protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes the HX7 H a scale that can be used in harsh industrial conditions. 4 load cells guarantee correct weighing regardless of load placing at the platform. Equipment The scale provides 7" colour graphic display and a bar graph consisting of 9 diodes emiting red and green light. The bar graph is a graphic visualisation of the current net weight referred either to the scale range or predetermined min and max thresholds.
