The device's high protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes it suitable for use in industry. HX7.4 H/Z Comfort of operation is guaranteed thanks to a clear-cut menu, and a colour display featuring a 9-diode bar graph blinking red and green when signalling current net mass of a load in reference to the scale range or declared min and max thresholds. The terminal's system of information is based on databases: users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers, ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety. Single weighing is stored in the ALIBI memory as long as it is specified by a Weighing Storage Period (days) parameter.

The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface.
