The KR-01 converter is designed to adjust the RS 232 and RS 485 signals. It is intended for balances and scales with RS 232 port (DB9/M connector) operating in weighing systems.

The device automatically detects data transfer direction. Its interfaces, RS 232 and RS 485, are galvanically separated.

The converter features 1.7-meter-long RS 232 cable with DB9/F plug, 1-meter-long, two-wire RS 485 cable, a plastic housing and a power supply permanently connected to the converter with 1.8-meter-long cable.
