Mettler Toledo RE40D Refractometer

The RE40D refractometers is used to easily determine the refractive index of liquids. The measuremen (more)ts are carried out using the total reflection method. With this method, even dark samples can be measured easily. Thanks to the latest technology – no moving parts, durable LED light source and resistant sapphire prism, the RE refractometers are virtually maintenance-free Measure liquids with a refractive index in a range from 1.32000 to 1.7000 Require a minimal amount of sample (approx. 0.4 milliliters) for the measurement Keep the temperature of the samples to be measured between  15.00 and 70.00°C thanks to a built-in Peltier thermostat (no water bath required) Calculate the refractive index of the samples for any reference temperatures based on user-defined temperature functions Show the refractive index of the samples directly in Brix degrees Able to convert the measured values into any units (e.g. Zeiss number) and display them directly in these units Suitable for concentration determinations. Concentrations are due to custom formulas or concentration tables are automatically calculated from the measured refractive index. Deliver statistical evaluations (mean value, standard deviation, relative standard deviation) of the results. Entry of 10 measurement methods. One of these methods is reserved for adjusting the device. Can be easily checked with the built-in check function. This function allows a regular checking of the measurement accuracy without changing the device settings Three serial ports for connecting a printer, a barcode reader and a computer and a connection for controlling an automation unit Including RS-P42 printer

Radwag CY10.150/300.C2.K.M3 Multifunctional Scale-cover
Radwag CY10.150/300.C2.K.M3 Multifunctional Scale

CY10 scale’s multi functions The CY10 series multifuncional scale is designed for fast, accura (more)te and repeatable weight determination. It comes with an advanced PUE CY10 terminal, and that means working comfort with a 10-inch high-resolution display with a smooth and intuitive interface. Software for special tasks Thanks to the terminal advanced software, the CY10 multifuncional scale: Cooperates with up to 2 weighing platforms Continuously updates all statistical data after the next measurement is entered into the balance’s memory – either globally (regardless of the weighed commodity) or separately for each weighed commodity selected from the database Has a Tare mode expanded to include End-product issue mode capability Works with RFID tags* (accessing personal data as well as marking specific goods or recipe ingredients in the database). Multifunctional scale, including labelling scale If you need a labeling scale, the CY10 is the perfect solution. With a terminal that: Cooperates with the computer program Label Editor R02 Is compatible with ZEBRA label printers Supports single labels, bulk labels and bulk from bulk labels Allows import/ export of label designs using a pendrive Enables you to assign labels to goods or customers and print a global label The CY10 series multifuncional scale can operate as a labeling scale. Light or dark? Which color theme will you set on your CY10 balance? Both are user-friendly and clear, but we are curious which one you like more. Modbus TCP/IP is one of the most popular communication protocols in industrial automation. Implementing it in the 5Y balances and CY10 scales makes the devices of this series friendly to automation integrators. A balance or scale in a Modbus system is a slave device and performs tasks specified by the master device which is most often a PLC. Protocol Modbus TCP/IP in the 5Y balances and C10 scales enables, among other things, the realization of mass readout, zeroing and tare functions of the device, as well as tare settings and MIN and MAX thresholds. * RFID ISO/IEC 14443 Type A, 13,56 MHz

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.1500.H8/9 4 Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4.1500.H8/9 4 Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
