This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. The anti-draft chamber is an optional accessory intended for WAY KO mass comparators working in unfa (more)vourable conditions (air-drafts). It is mounted on a table, inside the mass comparator is placed. The chamber features sliding top and side panes allowing free access to the weighing chamber of the mass comparator. All components of the anti-draft chamber are made of metal and glass with conductive coating eliminating influence of electrostatics on the weighing result.

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 5 kg to 20kg for E1 class and lower. Mass comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator APP 5Y.KO series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. High measuring accuracy is guaranteed by semi-automatic adjustment system with external mass standard. The weighing pan made of aluminium is covered with cork layer and features centering holders for the weights. The APP 5Y.KO series features an intuitive menu supporting a user in instrument operation. Correct operation of the mass comparator requires applying a special anti-draft shield which comes standard with the instrument.

The weighing pan has the following functions: placing several weights, which are the resultant of the reference standard, off-centre, positioning the centre of gravity of the test and reference standards always in the same place.

HX7.4P2 H is a beam scale made of stainless steel. 4-load-cell, 2-component mechanical design stands (more) for high measurement accuracy. The weights may be loaded onto the pan using a forklift or a transporter crane, supplementary handles significantly facilitate the transport. The device has been fitted with a 7" colour display and a diode bar graph. Blinking green and red diodes show current load mass, the mass is presented in reference to the scale range or declared minimum and maximum thresholds. At the back of the housing there are hermetic connectors of RS232, RS485, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces, plus digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing.
