The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) for M1 class and lower. The comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories, in many countries. HRP 5Y.KB series comparators comprise two components, professional weighing platform (a new mechanical design of electromagnetic mechanism housed within a tight steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform made of steel features centring rings enabling precise positioning of the weights. The comparator features intuitive and user friendly menu.

THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

RADWAG-manufactured susceptometer enables carrying out measurements of magnetic susceptibility and m (more)agnetization of weights of E1 and lower classes in accordance with OIML R111. Modular design, upon disassembling respective module, enables using the susceptometer as a mass comparator or a balance. Compared to the previous model, the new one features option of internal adjustment and higher readability: [d] 10 μg for loads ranging from 2 g to 50 kg.

Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for HRP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the HRP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass.

RMCM-5 robotic mass comparator guarantees the utmost repeatability within 1 mg - 5 g range with the  (more)readability of 0.1 µg. Function of Automatic Mass Standard Dissemination RMCM-5 mass comparator facilitates a complete dissemination process. This is possible thanks to use of the intermediate mass standard magazine, which significantly shortens comparison duration and reduces wear and tear of the transport robot. Real-Time Measurement of Ambient Conditions The RMCM-5 mass comparator comes standard with a top-class thermo-hygro-barometer enabling real-time control of ambient conditions in three locations. The characteristic feature of the RMCM-5 is high readability of pressure, 0.001 hPa, humidity, 0.01 %, and temperature, 0.001 °C. Reliability of ambient conditions measurement carried out using the thermo-hygro-barometer is confirmed by a calibration certificate. A Mass Comparator and a Robotic Transport System in One Compact Device This combination results with: reduction of air drafts and vibrations from a robotic system in the course of comparison, minimised risk of human error, easier maintaining of stable environmental conditions inside the weighing chamber (thanks to a compact device dimensions).
