Radwag AGV-8 1000.5Y Automatic Comparator for Determination of Mass standard's Density and Volume

This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. The set includes: RTP-RU80: printer; power supply; cable with a plug of European standard, type C or E/F; USB cable; RS232 cable, female/ male; 80 mm thermal paper, 1 roll; RTP-UEW80: printer; power supply; cable with a plug of European standard, type C or E/F; USB cable; 80 mm thermal paper, 1 roll. *RS 232 port comes in a female version

The newest line of Radwag Mass Comparators enables adjusting mass standards and weights according to (more) the OIML recommendations (R-111) from 1 kg to 50kg for F2 class and lower. The comparators are used both for ensuring traceability of mass measurements, and verification of weights in accordance with the principles of legal metrology. RADWAG Mass Comparators have gained recognition among Accredited Calibration Laboratories in many countries. Mass comparator 5Y.PM.KB series comprises two components. One of them holds the electronic module, and the other precise mechanical measuring system. High measuring accuracy is guaranteed by semi-automatic adjustment system with external mass standard. The weighing pan is made of aluminium and features holders for centering the tested mass standard. The 5Y.PM.KB series features an intuitive menu supporting a user while operating the instrument.

The HRP 5Y.KO series of mass comparators enables calibrating mass standards and weights in accordanc (more)e with OIML Recommendation (R-111) for class F2 and lower classes. Comparators are used to ensure consistency in mass measurements as well as to verify weights according to legal metrology requirements. RADWAG mass comparators have been recognized by calibration laboratories in many countries. The HRP 5Y.KO mass comparators consist of two elements: a professional weighing platform (modern design of an electromagnetic mechanism in a hermetic steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator can be equipped with a self-centring weighing pan (extra charge), which significantly minimises the influence of eccentricity during measurements. The self-centring weighing pan eliminates the error of placing the weight "out of pan centre". This solution also enables calibrating weights of different shapes and dimensions without the need to set the positioners for central loading of the mass standard each time. The comparator has a user-friendly menu. Data security and work results archiving are ensured by RADWAG terminal software.

The RMCS Lite software is designed to operate RADWAG-manufactured mass comparators via a computer wo (more)rking in one and the same local network. The software allows for carrying out mass measurement in accordance with PN-EN 12341:2014 standard. THBR BOX is an autonomous measuring device operating in a local computer network. THBR Box enables c (more)ollecting ambient conditions measurements, storing the database, sending customized warnings and alerts and generating website for accessing measurements and settings. THBR Box There are three models of the recorder: with an integral screen, with a separate screen, without a screen. Communication with THBR BOX can be established wireless or via Ethernet. The module enables direct connection with up to 4 sensors. With use of USB hub it is possible to connect greater number of sensors. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. THBR Box features the following connectors: 4xUSB, HDMI, Ethernet. The device is powered using external micro USB 5V 2A power supply. Data stored by the THBR Box can be presented via THBR Multi software, website or Android application.
