The A&D AD-4212B-102 Weigh Module Balance offers:
- Capacity & Readability: 110g maximum capacity with 0.01mg readability.
- Measurement Units: mg, g, oz, troy oz, metric carat, momme, pennyweight, grain, pieces (counting mode). Optional tael or tola in percent mode.
- Counting Mode: 0.1mg readability for sample counts of 10, 25, 50, or 100 pieces.
- Percent Mode: 10mg precision with selectable 0.01%, 0.1%, or 1% readability.
- Stabilization Time: 4.0 seconds.
- Repeatability: 0.02mg for 30g, 0.04mg for 100g.
- Calibration: Uses external calibration weights including a 50g weight (OIML Class E2 equivalent), with 10g, 20g, 50g, and 100g options.
- I/O Features: Bi-directional RS-232C communication (600-19200 bps), 3 or 5-level comparator contact output with buzzer. External contact input supports Re-Zero and Print functions.
- Construction: Stainless steel IP54 protected weighing unit with SUS304 body and SUS316 weighing pan, 34 cm diameter for chemical resistance.
- Additional Features: Patented shock absorber under the pan protects the sensor, auto power function after interruptions, data memory, clock and calendar.
- Installation: Wall/panel-mount display options, slim 80mm unit, custom pans, and vacuum chamber weighing compatibility.
