Radwag E2 Mass Standard - Stainless Steel Wire -50 mg-cover
Radwag E2 Mass Standard - Stainless Steel Wire -50 mg

E2-class mass standards represent an exceptional standard of precision in mass measurement. Classed  (more)as E2 metrology class, they are characterized not only by their high accuracy, but also by their versatility for use in laboratories, industry or scientific research. E2 class standard: stainless steel wire Nominal value: 50 mg Material: stainless steel High Precision of measurements The mass standard is the foundation of accurate mass measurement, as it affects the quality and reliability of results in many areas. Its role in maintaining uniformity and in meeting measurement standards is crucial, making the mass standard an indispensable metrology component. Stability over Time An important feature of E2 class mass standards is their ability to maintain measurement stability over the long term. It is this stability that makes standards of this class highly valued in laboratories and industry. Calibration and Strict Quality Control Systematic calibration is a key element in maintaining E2 class standards. This process involves comparing the mass standard with other standards of known mass to confirm and maintain measurement accuracy. Versatility of Applications E2 class mass standards are designed for a wide variety of applications. They can be used in analytical laboratories, the pharmaceutical industry, scientific research or other areas requiring precise mass measurements. Applications 1. Analytical Laboratories In analytical laboratories, where precise and repeatable measurements are crucial, E2 class mass standards find their wide application. 2. Pharma Industry In drug manufacturing, where quality control plays a key role, E2 class mass standards are indispensable in the calibration process of balances. 3. Scientific Research In scientific research, especially in areas requiring the utmost precision, E2 class mass standards are an indispensable tool for obtaining reliable results. 4. Metrology Industry In metrology laboratories, E2 class standards provide a reference point for evaluating and testing other measurement standards. E2 class standards are synonymous with excellence in mass measurement. Their versatility and high precision make them an indispensable tool in laboratories around the world and improve the quality and reliability of mass measurement results.

Radwag CY10.20.D2.K Precision Balance-cover
Radwag CY10.20.D2.K Precision Balance

Precision in PRO version The CY10 series precision balance is designed for fast, accurate and repeat (more)able weight determination. It comes with an advanced PUE CY10 terminal, and that means working comfort with a 10-inch high-resolution display with a smooth and intuitive interface. Software for special tasks Thanks to the terminal advanced software, the CY10 series precision balance: Cooperates with up to 2 weighing platforms Continuously updates all statistical data after the next measurement is entered into the balance’s memory – either globally (regardless of the weighed commodity) or separately for each weighed commodity selected from the database Has a Tare mode expanded to include End-product issue mode capability Works with RFID tags* (accessing personal data as well as marking specific goods or recipe ingredients in the database). Precision balance and labelling scale in one device If you need a labeling scale, the CY10 is the perfect solution. With a terminal that: Cooperates with the computer program Label Editor R02 Is compatible with ZEBRA label printers Supports single labels, bulk labels and bulk from bulk labels Allows import/ export of label designs using a pendrive Enables you to assign labels to goods or customers and print a global label The CY10 series precision balance can operate as a labeling scale. Light or dark? Which color theme will you set on your CY10 balance? Both are user-friendly and clear, but we are curious which one you like more. Modbus TCP/IP is one of the most popular communication protocols in industrial automation. Implementing it in the 5Y balances and CY10 scales makes the devices of this series friendly to automation integrators. A balance or scale in a Modbus system is a slave device and performs tasks specified by the master device which is most often a PLC. Protocol Modbus TCP/IP in the 5Y balances and C10 scales enables, among other things, the realization of mass readout, zeroing and tare functions of the device, as well as tare settings and MIN and MAX thresholds. * RFID ISO/IEC 14443 Type A, 13,56 MHz

Radwag MAS 82/220 Weighing Module

MAS, the electromagnetic modules of high resolution are devices designed to be integrated into weigh (more)ing systems of the customer. Their compact design and in-built electronics stand for significant adaptation possibilities which guarantees that customer demands are met. Features: Brand new design of the electromagnetic mechanism housed in an aluminium enclosure, Readability of 0.1 mg, Overload protection, Ease of adaptation to the required storage space, Internal adjustment, Various options of hardware configuration, The module housing features the following interfaces: RS232 and USB type B. The measurements can be carried out using the weighing pan or an under-pan weighing system – solution requiring the load to be suspended beneath the module. In order to prevent negative influence of the ambient conditions onto the weighing result, it is recommended to install the module inside the customer's device (e.g. in a draft shield). The MAS module comes standard with a dedicated power supply. Dedicated software Dedicated freeware, the R Panel, has been designed to enable control of the module via a computer. It provides access to all the keys and functions available directly from the operation panel, e.g. taring, zeroing, setup, etc. An innovative algorithm for automatic search of electromagnetic weighing modules is a guarantee for a remarkable ease of connection of a module to a computer. With R Panel software, the complete functionality of R series balances is available via PC . R Panel functionality has been implemented in RLab program as one of its numerous functions.
