Accuris F1008 Smart-Q 800 Quantitative Fluorometer-cover
Accuris F1008 Smart-Q 800 Quantitative Fluorometer

Accuris F1008 Smart-Q 800 Quantitative Fluorometer Measurement Speed ≤ 6 seconds Excitation Waveleng (more)ths Blue: 460 ± 20nm and Red: 625 ± 20nm Emission Wavelengths Green: 525 – 570nm and Red: 670 – 725nm Features - Sensitive quantitation down to 0.1pg/ul ds DNA - Large color touch screen for programming and operation - Two models for single or 8-sample processing - Built-in reagent calculators for sample preparation - Compact and portable (11 x 6 inch footprint) The Accuris Smart-Q 100 and Smart-Q 800 Quantitative Fluorometers are designed for the precise quantification of DNA, RNA, and protein samples. By utilizing well-established methodologies for fluorescence detection, the Smart-Q Fluorometers provide higher specificity and enhanced accuracy compared to the traditional method of UV-absorbance detection. Accurate results are particularly crucial in workflows involving: Next Generation Sequencing, PCR, Transfection, Western blotting, and Immunoassays. The Smart-Q Fluorometers are engineered to achieve optimal performance with Accuris’ Fluorescent DNA Quantification Kits and assay tubes; however, they also maintain compatibility with a range of kits offered by various other suppliers. Each instrument is equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen, featuring an intuitive, icon-driven user interface. Preprogrammed protocols allow for quick & effortless assay set-up. Results are quickly calculated and displayed in less than 6 seconds and saved to the instrument’s internal memory. All data can also be exported easily to a PC using a USB flash drive. The Smart-Q Fluorometers, along with their accompanying assay kits, are engineered for the precise measurement of fluorescent dye signals that are bound to targeted biological molecules. These specially formulated dyes exhibit selective affinity towards DNA, RNA, or proteins, and generate fluorescent signals exclusively upon binding to their respective targets. Both Smart-Q models include Blue and Red channels that allow for various fluorescent dyes to be used in nucleic acid and protein measurements. The Smart-Q Fluorometers incorporate advanced curve-fitting algorithms to establish calibration curves from standard samples of known concentrations. The concentration of an unknown sample, whether it be DNA, RNA, or protein, is determined by correlating its Relative Fluorescence Units (RFUs) with those of the standards employed during calibration. The measurement sensitivity for each type of assay is distinct and defined by its detection limits. INCLUDED: The Accuris F1008 Smart-Q 800 Quantitative Fluorometer includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

BioSan UVC/T-M-AR DNA/RNA UV-Cleaner Box-cover
BioSan UVC/T-M-AR DNA/RNA UV-Cleaner Box

DNA/RNA UV-cleaner box UVC/T-M-AR is designed for clean operations with DNA samples. UV-cleaner box  (more)provide protection against contamination. Model is a bench-top type, made of metal framework, glass walls, working surface made of stainless steel. UV-cleaner boxes are equipped with an open UV lamp installed in the upper hood. UV-radiation from the open lamps disinfects the working area inactivating DNA/RNA fragments during 15–30 min of exposure. A digital timer controls duration of the direct UV irradiation. A daylight lamp provides proper illumination of the working surface. UV-cleaner boxes are equipped with a flow-type bactericidal UV cleaner–recirculator AR, which provides constant decontamination inside the box during operation. They are recommended for operations with DNA/RNA amplicons. UV cleaner–recirculator AR consists of a UV lamp, a fan and dust filters organized in a special body so that a user working with a UV-cleaner box is protected against UV light. Recirculator increases the maximum density of UV light making it  sufficiently effective for DNA/RNA inactivation. The UV–recirculator processes 100 UV-cleaner box volumes per hour, creating permanent aseptic conditions of operation inside the UV-cleaner box. Advantages of Biosan UV-cleaner boxes: Ozone free high density UV decontamination Long living UV lamps (9,000 hours average) Automatic switch off of UV-lamps when the protective screen is opened Bactericidal flow-type recirculator providing permanent decontamination inside UV –cleaner box during operation Shockproof glass walls Low noise, low energy consumption Walls material: Rear: stainless steel Sides and front: glass (EUROGLASS, Germany) Working surface material: Stainless steel Open UV-lamp: 1 x 25W built‑in bactericidal UV-C, TUV 25W 1SL/25 UV radiation level: 18 mW / cm2 / sec Radiation type: UV (λ = 253.7 nm), ozone-free Digital time setting of direct UV exposure: 1 min–24 hrs / non–stop (increment 1 min) UV-recirculator: 1x25W (efficiency >99% per 1 hour) Daylight lamp (for working area illumination): 1 x TLD-15W Thickness of side panels: 4 mm Thickness of upper front panel: 8 mm Thickness of screen: 4 mm Optical transmission: 95% UV protection: >96%, UV-protection film Working area: 645 × 490 mm Opening dimensions (fully raised protective screen): 645 × 190 mm Safety features: Automatic open UV-lamp switch off when screen is open Power outlets inside the unit: Inlet for power cords and 1x Built-in socket, max. 1000 W Overall dimensions (WxDxH): 700 x 580 x 555 mm Weight: 28.8 kg
