E1-class mass standards are the elite in the world of metrology, because standards of this class rep (more)resent the highest level of precision and accuracy in mass measurement. The E1 classification is one of the most stringent standards that standards must meet in order to be considered the most advanced and trustworthy measurement tools. E1 - class standard: stainless steel wire Nominal value: 200 mg Material: stainless steel What Are the Characteristics of the E1 Class? Highest Precision - The allowable deviation from the actual weight is minimal, making standards of this class ideal for applications where every gram matters. Stability and Repeatability - This guarantees a consistent level of accuracy over the long term. Accurate Calibration - Standards of this class must be regularly compared with other standards of known mass to confirm their measurement accuracy. Materials with Unique Properties - E1 class mass standards are often made of materials with exceptional physical properties, which makes them stable and resistant to changes in environmental conditions. Application 1. Analytical Laboratories In analytical laboratories where accurate measurements are crucial, E1 class mass standards are used to calibrate balances with the highest precision. 2. Pharmaceutical Industry In drug manufacturing, where even the slightest deviation from the standard affects quality, E1 class mass standards are irreplaceable. 3. Scientific Research In scientific research, especially in areas requiring the highest precision, such as physics or chemistry, E1 class mass standards are used to ensure reliable results. 4. Metrology Industry In metrology laboratories where research on E1 class mass standards alone is carried out, E1 class standards are the standard of excellence. Class E1 mass standards are not only measuring tools, but also a symbol of metrological excellence. Their use affects the quality of measurements in various areas of life because they provide precision that can be relied upon. They are a key element in the world of mass measurement, shaping standards and raising the bar for all measurement tools.

Their reliable and precise weighing technology utilizes gold-plated, ceramic capacitors to determine sample mass.Accuris Compact balances have been designed to meet the basic needs of academic and research labs requiring weight determinations in increments of 0.01g to 0.1 g. Their reliable and precise weighing technology utilizes gold-plated, ceramic capacitors to determine sample mass. The Compact line includes 6 models covering a wide range of maximum weight capacities. The lower capacity units (120g, 300g, and 500g) are readable to 0.01 g and come with a draft shield ring to prevent air currents from affecting measurements. These models feature a 4.5-inch diameter, stainless steel weigh pan. The larger capacity models (1000g, 5000g, and 10,000g) do not include the draft shield ring, come with larger weighing pans of 6.3 to 7-inch diameter, and are readable to 0.1g.All balances in the Accuris Compact line offer large, brightly lit LCD panels, and are easy to operate using the intuitive and splash-resistant control panel. Different modes allow weight to be displayed in various units: grams, ounces, carats, and simple programs can be used for piece counting and percent deviation weighing.Leveling feet are located toward the front of the balance for easy access, and a leveling bubble in the control panel is easy to see for quick and simple leveling on the lab bench. The balances can be calibrated using a calibration weight and a few keystrokes on the control panel – just select a calibration point in the calibration mode, place the calibration weight onto the weighing pan, and press the “CAL” button.Lightweight, and small in size, Accuris Compact balances will provide years of trouble-free service.INCLUDED: The Accuris W3300-500 - Compact Balance, 500 grams, readability 0.01 grams, 115V includes: - Weighing Pan - Draft Shield - Power Cord - One Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P.600.H Pallet Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P.600.H Pallet Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
