The instrument has various foam holders for different vortex tubes; this makes it extremely useful for emulsifying, disintegrating, mixing or homogenizing samples. Major applications include suspensions, genotyping, DNA and RNA testing. Thanks to the powerful brushless motor, MULTI-TX5 Digital is able to stir solutions from 100 up to 2500 rpm, for microbiology and R&D or quality control applications in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food & beverage and chemist. Ergonomics and simplified operation Switching between applications using different foam racks is quick and easy: - Loosen both screw knobs on the closure plate and lift up the plate. - Remove the plate or simply tighten it higher. - Place the rack with the tubes inside the foam holder, lower or insert the closure plate until you reach the tubes and tighten the knobs. - Done! The digital control panel is designed to offer a superior level of ergonomics and high ease of use and with the comfortable knobs and the double ultra-bright digital display, setting and monitoring the stirring time and stirring speed is very simple.
