Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 System with Fluidics Station

The Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 System, complemented by the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400, offers a robust solution for microarray analysis and gene expression research. This state-of-the-art system was decommissioned from a university lab where it was previously surplus but confirmed to be in full working order prior to removal. Both units are operational, although further testing has not been conducted, and they remain in excellent cosmetic condition.

Included with the system is a comprehensive suite of software that enhances data analysis and system utility. This includes GeneChip Test3 Array Library Files, Data Mining tutorials, Human Genome U95 and U133 Set Library Files, as well as Disease Management Genotyping & GenFlex Arrays. Additionally, it comes with both prokaryotic and additional eukaryotic expression arrays, along with Mouse & Rat Expression Arrays.

For seamless operation, the package features the GeneChip Microarray Suite, GeneChip Expression Analysis Technical Manual, and various versions of the EASI Expression Analysis Sequence Information Database. Control of the instruments is facilitated by GeneChip Operating Software (GCOS) and Fluidics Script Installations pertinent to Fluidics Station 400 and 450 models, ensuring compatibility and ease of operation. Also included is the Packard Bioscience QuantArray Version 3.0 for enhanced data acquisition and analysis.
