It features a 6 pattern PID program controller, capable of executing complex programs (30 steps x 1, 15 steps x 2, 10 steps x 3), and displays both set and measured temperatures simultaneously. This oven operates within a temperature range of room temperature +5 to 260°C, achieving temperature control accuracy of ±1.0°C and distribution accuracy of ±5.0°C at 260°C. It can reach its maximum temperature in approximately 90 minutes. Constructed with a stainless-steel interior and a cold rolled steel plate exterior with a melamine resin baking finish, the DVS-402C is easy to maintain. It features glass wool insulation, a 1.2kW stainless pipe heater, and includes an observation window made of chemically strengthened glass. Additional features include a cable hole, exhaust ports, a comprehensive timer, and various operation functions like Auto Start, Auto Stop, and Quick Auto-stop. Safety is ensured with self-diagnostic functions and an electric leakage breaker with overcurrent protection. Scale WPY for statistic control WPY/PGC is equipped with modules that put packed products control in (more)to practice. The module is supported by database containing products and operators lists. A control started by the scale is automatically stopped after controlling pre-defined quantity of packages (samples). Number of the packages is fixed by scale program depending on product batch size. Scales are equipped with 5,7" colourful, graphic touch screen display for previewing information concerning currently performed control and its result. Control cycle runs according to the following scheme: operator choice, product choice, control start, acquiring weighing records, automatic control end after certain packages number, control report print. Each carried out control is ended with a final report containing all information that is necessary for prepacked products control report. The report is automatically saved in scale memory and at the same time it can be printed by printer connected to scale. Scale coupling with computer program enables: keeping weighing records from successive weighments in the database, automatic printout of control processes from computer software level, sending user defined codes from scale to computer software; the codes match weighed product (product code, operator code, batch quantity, batch no., control Start/Stop), defining product codes and their descriptions (names) from the level of computer program, therefore user can assign an individual product name suitable for the company's branch.
