This Powertecnique Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS ARGO 60/MM 0 & Battery Box was removed  (more)from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. This was last serviced december 2019. We understand they were in use until at least 2021, but may have been offline for some time so it is possible the batteries have failed or do not perform well. The UPS powers up but was not tested further. Both units are in reasonably good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.
