The anti-draft chamber is an optional accessory intended for XA 4Y and XA 5Y balances working in unf (more)avourable conditions (air-drafts). It is mounted on a table, inside the balance is placed. The chamber features sliding side panes allowing free access to the weighing chamber of the balance. Parts of it are discoloured from dust/age while there are some stains in the joints/corners.
