The MV Test set is used to assess drying accuracy and measurement precision and to verify the operation of moisture analyzers. It is taken for granted that the heating component of a moisture analyzer operates correctly if, as a result of drying of the reference substance (NaCl), it is possible to provide dry mass content accordant with the certified value.
The MV Test Set contains:
sodium chloride at a concentration of 10% (verified by the laboratory) and a volume of 250 ml,
quality certificate for sodium chloride issued by RADWAG,
a Pasteur pipette for the transfer of the reference substance,
steel tweezers for the selection and transport of filters,
glass fibre filters – 60 pcs,
a brochure about the MA X2 and PMV 50 PLUS moisture analyzers, from which you can learn how to use the MV Test to assess the accuracy of moisture content or dry mass measurements.
