Yamato WG-1012 Distilled/Deionized Water Purification System Features:
- Purification via ion exchange → distillation → filtration
- Produces ASTM Type 1 deionized water and Type 2 distilled water
- Water production rate: ~5 L/hr distilled water
- Delivery rates: ~2.5 L/min distilled, ~1.0 L/min deionized (both variable flow)
- Large 100L polyethylene distilled water storage tank
- Pre-treatment cartridge: 0.1µm hollow fiber + activated carbon (PWF-1)
- Ion-exchange resin cartridge: 4L x 2 CPC-S, activated carbon high-purity
- Final filtration: dual 0.1µm membrane filters
- Hard glass condenser, ceramic heater (1.9 kW x 2)
- Two independent water sampling dispensers
- 7-inch LCD touch panel with consumable management and trend graph
- Water leakage detection system that forces feed water solenoid valve shut-off
- Slide-out water sampling tray supporting up to 10 kg, suitable for 5L beaker
- Multi-purpose distilled water sampling port for connecting Φ8 hard tube
