Product Description
The Elga Purelab Maxima II An is a Type I+ ultrapure water purification system, renowned for its ability to deliver ultrapure water with a flow rate of 1.2 liters per minute and a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ-cm. It offers superior purification with a Total Organic Carbon (TOC) of less than 5 ppb, when pretreated with Reverse Osmosis (RO), and ensures endotoxin levels are kept under 0.02 EU/ml, with bacterial counts less than 1 CFU/ml. This advanced system is equipped with a precise dispenser and a state-of-the-art microprocessor with an R232 interface, along with new filters and UV lamps. Included with the system is a 40-liter reservoir, making it ideal for laboratories in need of highly purified water. It is recommended to feed the system with Type II water. The unit demands a power supply ranging from 85 to 265V at 65 VA.
Feedwater specifications include:
- Reverse osmosis water
- Deionized water from a strong mixed bed ion exchange unit
- Single or double-distilled water
- Electrically deionized water, for instance, supplied by a PURELAB Option-E unit
Inlet options are either tank feed with a minimum 1 psi (0.07 Bar) positive flooded suction or pressure feed capped at 10 psi (0.7 Bar), while a pressure relief valve is an option for higher pressures.
