How does it work?
The dispersing tool comprises a rotor rotating at high speeds within a stationary stator. The zone between the rotor tip and stator slot is termed the shear gap. Due to elevated circumferential velocity, the fluid is drawn axially into the dispersion head and forced radially through the cutting gap, leading to particle size reduction.
