The Yamato WC-311UVR ultrapure water purification system operates via a staged process including:
- High-purity ion exchange resins that remove dissolved minerals
- Ultraviolet light for bacterial sterilization and TOC (Total Organic Carbon) reduction
- Final filtration with a 0.2 micron filter for particulates and bacteria
