Ecom 2000 Series Preparative HPLC System with Modular Pumps and DAD Detector
Product Description
The Ecom 2000 Series offers configurable preparative HPLC systems featuring:
- Pumps: Isocratic modular pumps (ECP2100, ECP2300) with flow rates of 50, 100, or 300 mL/min. Pumps can be converted to gradient mode with the gradient/degasser module.
- Gradient/Degasser Module: ECB2005 series modules for four solvents with integrated solvent container and 4-way valve for gradient applications. ECB2005PC versions include an embedded PC.
- Detector: TOY14DAD diode array detector capable of reading absorbance simultaneously at four wavelengths with full scan functionality. Available wavelength ranges: 200–400 nm, 200–600 nm, 200–800 nm. Noise level at 254 nm: ±5x10^-5 AU. Supplied with preparative flow cell.
- Fraction Collector: ECF2096 model supports vial racks for 9, 21, and 40 mL volumes. Fraction collection programmable manually or via ECOMAC software.
- Injector: Manual injection system.
- Software: ECOMAC control and data acquisition software for system management and method programming.
The system price corresponds to the ECS12 configuration; alternate configurations and modules are available to tailor system capabilities.
